9 Mr. Girish Sohani, President & Managing Trustee, BAIF Development Research Foundation Going Online as Leader (GOAL) is a unique initiative by FB India and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. It not only blends use of technology with domain expertise but also ensures last mile reach of required mentoring support to aspiring tribal youth from remote tribal pockets in their own setting. This will help extend Life skills and Livelihood skills using digital mode and by making technology as an enabler rather than a divider.
